Billing & Subscription
Manage your organization's subscription, seats, payment method, invoices, and Knowledge Base plan.
Subscription Management
The Billing tab (inside Billing & Usage) shows your current subscription status and provides a link to the Stripe billing portal. From the portal you can change your plan, update your billing cycle, and manage your subscription.
Seat Allocation
The seat allocation overview shows how many seats you have purchased for each plan (Essential, Professional, Ultimate) and how many are currently used or available. You can add or remove seats directly from this section with a confirmation step. This helps you plan when to purchase more seats before inviting new members.
- Purchase seats from Team when you are ready to invite a new member.
- Revoking a member in Team frees up their seat for reassignment.
- Review seat allocation regularly to avoid paying for unused seats.
Knowledge Base Plan
A dedicated section in the Billing tab shows your current Knowledge Base document limit and allows you to upgrade to a higher-capacity KB plan (such as KB100 or KB300) if you need to store more manuals and documents.
Payment Method
Your payment card on file is displayed in the Billing tab. To update your card details, use the Update Card button which opens the Stripe billing portal.
Invoice History & Billing Contact
View and download your past invoices directly from the Billing tab. For a complete invoice history, use the link to open the full Stripe portal. Admins can also transfer billing responsibility to another Admin from this section.
Only Admins have access to the Billing section (shown as 'Billing' in the sidebar, titled 'Billing & Usage' on the page). Members should contact their Admin for billing-related questions.
