Usage Monitoring

Monitor your team's consumption across all tracked categories from the Usage tab in Billing & Usage.

Knowledge Base Usage

The Usage tab shows your organization-wide Knowledge Base usage — how many manuals have been uploaded versus your current document limit. A progress bar indicates how close you are to the cap. If you are approaching the limit, consider upgrading your Knowledge Base plan from the Billing tab.

Team Usage Table

Below the Knowledge Base section, a detailed table shows every team member's individual consumption. For each member you can see their plan, standard messages (daily and monthly limits), Deep Dive queries, image uploads, PDF uploads, and Traffic Analysis usage — all compared against their plan limits.

Identify team members who are approaching or exceeding their limits.

Spot high-traffic patterns and adjust workflows or plans accordingly.

Encourage the team to use standard chat for routine queries and reserve Deep Dive for complex issues.

Plan ahead — if usage trends upward consistently, purchase additional seats or upgrade plans before limits are reached.

Pro Tips
  • Usage cells turn amber when a member reaches 80% of a limit, and red at 100%.
  • A dash (—) in a column means that feature is not included in the member's plan (e.g., Deep Dive on Essential, or Traffic Analysis on non-Ultimate plans).
  • Standard messages have both a daily cap and a monthly cap — both are tracked separately.
  • Review team usage periodically to balance workloads and optimize plan assignments.

Only Admins can view the team-wide usage table. Individual members can see their own usage in Settings under Plan & Usage.
