How Your Data Is Protected
Liftigo uses authentication, role-based access controls, and organization-scoped data isolation. Your chats, documents, notes, and assets are only accessible to members within your organization.
Managing Access
Admins control who has access through the Team section in the sidebar — invite, revoke, or restore members as needed.
Assign roles based on the principle of least privilege — only grant Admin access to those who need it.
Review your team roster periodically and remove members who no longer need access.
Keep your organization settings and metadata up to date.
How Your Data Is Used
Uploaded manuals, team notes, asset records, and chat conversations are used exclusively to power AI assistance within your workspace. This data helps the AI provide contextual, relevant answers specific to your equipment and operations.
- Avoid uploading files that contain sensitive personal information unrelated to equipment maintenance.
- Use internal compliance workflows to manage any data retention requirements your organization may have.
