Settings & Usage
Manage your organization profile and review your personal plan usage from the Settings page in the sidebar.
Organization Settings (General Tab)
The General tab in Settings shows your organization profile. Admins can update the company name, upload a logo, fill in the company address and country, set the organization timezone, and manage supervisor contact numbers. Members can view organization details but cannot edit them.
Internal Support Numbers
Admins can add up to two supervisor phone numbers under Internal Support. These are available to all team members as escalation contacts when they need to reach a supervisor directly.
Your Plan & Personal Usage (Plan & Usage Tab)
The Plan & Usage tab in Settings shows your current plan and your individual usage breakdown: standard messages (daily and monthly), image uploads, Deep Dive queries, PDF uploads, and Traffic Analysis (if applicable). Progress bars show how close you are to each limit. This tracks only your personal consumption — not your team's.
- Check your personal usage regularly to avoid hitting limits unexpectedly.
- Use standard chat for routine questions and reserve Deep Dive for complex issues to manage your quota effectively.
- If you are consistently near your limits, ask your Admin about upgrading your plan.
To view team-wide usage and billing details, Admins should go to the separate Billing section in the sidebar. For personal profile, password, and theme settings, use My Account from the sidebar user menu.
