Voice & Camera Input
Use your microphone and device camera directly from the chat for hands-free input and on-site photo capture.
Voice Input
Click the microphone icon in the chat input toolbar to start recording. Speak your question or description, then stop recording. The audio is automatically transcribed to text and placed in the input field for you to review and edit before sending.
Click the microphone icon in the chat input toolbar.
Grant microphone permission if prompted by your browser.
Speak your question — a visual indicator shows that recording is active.
Click stop to end the recording. The transcribed text appears in the input field.
Review and edit the text if needed, then send your message.
Camera Capture
Click the attachment button and select Camera to open a live camera preview. This lets you take a photo directly from your device without leaving the chat — especially useful when you are on-site and need to photograph a component in real time.
Click the attachment button and choose Camera.
Grant camera permission if prompted by your browser.
Aim your device at the component or display you want to capture.
Click the capture button to take the photo. The image is added as an attachment to your message.
- Voice input works best in quieter environments — avoid heavy background noise for accurate transcription.
- Camera capture produces a JPEG snapshot, which is treated the same as an uploaded image for analysis.
- Both features require browser permissions — if access is denied, check your browser settings.
