Upload or capture photos of elevator components and let the AI analyze them for visible issues.
How It Works
Attach an image in the chat using the attachment button — choose Image to upload from your device or Camera to take a live photo. You can also drag and drop image files directly onto the chat input area. The AI will analyze the photo, identify visible issues, compare against known fault patterns, and suggest next steps. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, GIF, and WebP.
Taking Effective Photos
Ensure good lighting — use flash in dark shaft or machine room environments.
Capture the full component with enough surrounding context.
Take close-ups of specific areas of concern such as wear marks, burn spots, or loose connections.
Photograph from multiple angles for complex assemblies.
Use the Camera option in the attachment menu to capture photos directly from your device while on-site.
- Include a reference object for scale when photographing small components.
- For error displays, make sure the screen text is sharp and readable.
- Combine images with a text description of the symptoms for the best AI analysis.
- Multiple images can be attached to a single message for a more complete view.
Image uploads count toward your monthly plan limits. Check your usage in Settings under Plan & Usage to see how many remain.
