Team Notes let you record operational knowledge that is not found in manufacturer manuals — things like internal procedures, common issue workarounds, site-specific quirks, and troubleshooting patterns your team has discovered over time.

Creating and Managing Notes

Go to Knowledge Base and open the Team Notes section.

Create a new note with a clear, descriptive title.

Write the content — keep it focused and actionable.

Add tags to categorize the note for easier filtering and search.

How Notes Help the AI

Once a note is indexed (status changes to 'Ready'), the AI can reference it during chat conversations. This means your team's collective knowledge improves every response.

  • Update notes regularly as procedures change or new patterns are discovered.
  • Delete outdated notes to prevent the AI from referencing stale information.
  • Use tags consistently — for example, tag by equipment type, issue category, or building location.
